Whilst we hope you love your purchase from Pete Cromer Pty Ltd, we understand that at times items can arrive damaged in transit. Please email us at [email protected] and include a picture of the item and damage and we will get back to you as quickly as we can to arrange a parcel return docket.
We don’t refund or exchange due to changing your mind.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
